1. Roman Reigns (1)
Reigns remains the WWE World Heavyweight Champion after defeating A.J. Styles in a fantastic Extreme Rules Match at Extreme Rules. He was then booked against Seth Rollins in a main event match at Money in the Bank for the Championship.
2. Kevin Owens (3)
Owens remains one of, if not, the most entertaining wrestlers in WWE. KO was unsuccessful at winning the Intercontinental Championship at Extreme Rules, but he returned the next night on RAW and pinned A.J. Styles to qualify for the Money in the Bank Match.
3. Dean Ambrose (10)
Ambrose beat Chris Jericho in the first ever Ambrose Asylum Match at Extreme Rules. The following night on RAW he defeated Dolph Ziggler to qualify for the Money in the Bank Match, and is one of the favorites to win the match.
4. Seth Rollins (NR)
Rollins returned from injury in a big way at Extreme Rules. After Reigns retained the championship by pinning Styles, Rollins appeared in the ring and attacked Reigns by giving him the Pedigree. On RAW the next night he made it clear he's going after the championship, which he never lost and was booked against Reigns in the main event match at Money in the Bank for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
5. Charlotte (5)
Charlotte defeated Natalya at Extreme Rules to retain the WWE Women's Championship with help from her new enforcer Dana Brooke. On RAW the next night Charlotte expressed her true feelings about her father, Ric Flair and told him she no longer needs him in her life. On SmackDown Charlotte got involved in the match between Brooke and Natalya where she ended up double-teaming Natalya with the help of Dana.
6. The Miz (7)
Miz retained the WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Cesaro in a Fatal 4-Way Match of the Year candidate at Extreme Rules. He then exchanged wins and losses with Cesaro on RAW and SackDown.
7. Rusev (NR)
Rusev beat Kalisto and won the U.S. Championship at Extreme Rules. He then defeated Kalisto again on SmackDown to retain the title in their rematch.
8. New Day (6)
New Day beat the Vaudevillians to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship in a less than stellar match at Extreme Rules. They then went on defeat the Social Outcasts on RAW.
9. Chris Jericho (4)
Jericho lost his match at Extreme Rules against Dean Ambrose in the first ever Ambrose Asylum Match. It was an "extremely" painful loss on top of it after Ambrose dumped Y2J in a pile of thumbtacks. On RAW the next night he came back with a victory over Apollo Crews to qualify for the Money in the Bank Match.
10. Sami Zayn (NR)
Athough Zayn didn't win the IC Title at Extreme Rules it was hard fought and a candidate for Match of the Year. On RAW Zayn scored a very impressive win over Sheamus to qualify for the Money in the Bank Match.
